We price all homes/ properties on a specific scale based on your homes square foot and service provided.

We follow all COVID-19 guidelines given by the CDC.

Chose the service that is right for you and your home. Changing service without prior knowledge to AZ Superior Service will result in a 25$ change service fee that will be charged to your card on file. We do charge a inconvenience fee to come back after the initial 24 hours after your cleaning. We have no problem coming back the same day to fix anything we may have missed at no charge. For my animal lovers, we do ask you provided your own vacuum cleaner to be conscious of clients that don’t have furry family members. We love our ‘Superior Specials’ because they help you, help us. Our ‘refer a friend’ discount only applies when the friend receives services from AZ Superior.

What should I do before Superior Services arrives?

To ensure you get the most from your cleaning team, please clear floors of toys, clothes, and other items. If you have pets, please locate them in a comfortable area of your home while we clean. Please make sure to let your house cleaners know if your cleaning needs have changed prior to arrival.

Do I need to be home?

We’re here to take care of your home so you can focus on your life and the things you love. Some clients like to be present at the first cleaning to get to know their superior cleaners. Most prefer to arrange entry before work and leave us to take care of everything. Some have a doorman, a superintendent or a neighbor let us in. Some clients leave a key in a hidden location or lock box. Whatever works best for you is what we will do.

What types of cleaning products does Superior Services use?

Because we care about making your home as clean and peaceful as possible, our team only uses cleaning products that meet our standards for safety and effectiveness. Some inexpensive cleaners are diluted and leave residue behind, while the concentrated cleaners we use are much more effective. We’re also happy to provide eco-friendly cleaning solutions at your request*.

If there is a problem, who can I call?

If you see a problem, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll work to quickly correct the problem and enforce our worry-free guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our services for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll be sure to make it right.

How do I pay for my services?

We accept all credit cards. Some clients prefer to pay in cash, that’s no problem. You can also pay by check, but we keep a credit card on file for every client.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will not be charged until your cleaning is completed and your charges are checked and assessed for accuracy.
